I am always reluctant to give reviews to quickly but I felt compelled. This item has been in my patio for two weeks and it took a beating from the rain and sun...almost every day.
So far I am very impressed and the way the cushions dry so quickly stain free.
I had a few issues with assembly where sections would not line up properly but after fighting up it was well worth the effort. The first thing visitors do is head to my patio when they come to the condo.
Definitely sturdy and classy and no one believes the price I paid for them. Impressed with the screw caps that ensure that the product looks finished.
I am happy with this purchase. Hopefully my views won't change.

I am not going to change my original ratings as it has served it's purpose and handled the sun and rain for two years admirably. However it is not realistic to expect the set to last longer than two years if exposed to weather.
I will be looking to replace it with something just as attractive but with a longer durability.

After looking for months for a patio set for our new hose we decided on this one. We are very happy with our decision.
I was a bit concerned because of the review that talks about defective pegs. I found myself in the same situation until I realized I just needed to rotate the seat base so that the side with a shorter peghole-to-edge distance was on front. the instructions don't mention this. Once I did this, it took me only a few minutes to assemble the set.
It looks very nice in our patio, as nice as some of the sets we looked at that were selling for a couple thousand dollars. The materials seem very sturdy and solid. The seats ar every comfortable. I am very happy with the purchase!
